CALL FOR PAPERS

College juniors and seniors are invited to submit a 10-20 page research paper addressing the theme Politics, Technology & Social Change in Contemporary America. Individuals will be selected to present their papers and participate in discussions with students and faculty from USC Annenberg’s School of Communication and School of Journalism.

This conference will provide an opportunity for undergraduates from around the country and from a variety of disciplines to address important issues, exchange ideas, and showcase their thinking in a professional academic setting. Transportation to USC, lodging and meals will be provided to conference participants.

The deadline for consideration is June 30, 2004. E-mail papers to commdir@usc.edu. Please include name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and the name of the college or university you attend.
