Summer Registration - May 11 to May 27
Plan ahead! If you are thinking about taking classes during the summer, registration will be May 11-27. You can call to make your advising appointment starting Monday, May 3rd.
Check ALVIN to see if you have any holds on your account before you register.
Summer course bulletins should be in the mail, and you can also pick up a copy in the lobbies of most New School buildings. Most classes start June 7, though a few begin June 1. If you are taking the summer off, enjoy the break! The fall semester begins September 20th.
This summer we will be introducing web registration for all students. After meeting with your advisor you will receive instructions on how to register through ALVIN. You may do this in your advisor’s office, or afterwards, from any computer. We will have staff to help you register here, as well as at the Registration Office, 65 Fifth Ave. With Web registration you will no longer have to go to the Registrar’s office, or wait in line. Payment can be made directly through ALVIN or by dropping by the Bursar’s office at your convenience. We hope that this will make registration easier for all of you. (It will also be possible to register with a paper form if absolutely necessary.)
