Call for Applications: Young Global Leaders Summit on the International Criminal Court
Students and young professionals wishing to make a difference in the world are invited to apply for a one-day conference on April 15, 2006, at Yale University, called "The Young Global Leaders Summit on the International Criminal Court." The conference aims to encourage today’s youth to view the establishment of an international system to protect against acts of inhumanity as the special mission of their generation. At the summit, participants will engage in workshops and discussions aimed at equipping them with the tools to effectively educate and activate their peers to ensure an effective International Criminal Court. Thanks to generous support from the Planethood Foundation, Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Open Society Institute, Hewlett Foundation and Ford Foundation, the conference (including tuition and meals) is free for selected students.
