The Alliance for Young Artists & Writers, Inc. administers The Scholastic Writing Awards, a recognition program for teen writers. Each year the Alliance receives more than 10,000 applications for recognition and scholarship opportunities for The Writing Awards.
The Alliance seeks Program Temps to assist in the opening, sorting and processing of these manuscripts. $12/hour. Should be available weekdays 9:30 am to 5:30 pm in January through February. Hours and days are flexible upon arrangement with Alex Tapnio, Manager of The Writing Awards. College students, fine arts and performing arts students/professionals welcome.
